8'x24' Guthrie
An updated version of our original tiny home, this 24' model is ideal for one to two occupants and features a beautiful kitchen with solid walnut countertops, maple stairs and hand railing, and of course Cornerstone's usual array of custom handmade cabinetry, including a built in couch with endless storage.
8.5'x28' Atwood
This modern styled home was custom built for a solar engineer and thus it showcases the most advanced off-grid technology you'll see in a tiny house! Not only does it collect its own power from the sun but also harvests rain water and diverts it into a freshwater tank for use in the home. Other highlights are the electric bed lift and convertible couch, insane AV system including a projector and luxury speaker system, marble shower, and much more!
8'x28' Modern Farmhouse
Full of subtle textures and tones, this home (built by and for a Cornerstone team member!) features a large functional kitchen, living room with queen murphy bed and folding table, full washer and dryer, and a spacious loft with a queen mattress. All of the interior materials and finishes are low to zero VOC. Also our only wood frame tiny home to date!
